This is a great introduction to the Kabbalah. The author explores many facets of the Kabbalah and how they are interrelated into Jewish Mysticism. While rather basic, the foundation laid will make many other Kabbalah sources much more understandable. After muddling through the (mostly embarrassingly short) source texts, I'm finding these secondary sources incredibly helpful.

It was Basic but not the right kind of Basic (for me). I'm new to Kabbalah but not the principle's he spoke on as they are many principle's in other metaphyical / new thought teachings. This book just did not hit the points I hoped it would. However, David Cooper's voice was very calming, and the meditations at the end seemed like something I would be willing to try.

A super basic intro. Lists the concepts, but not much depth. The meditations at the end are also very basic, but nice.

A basic introduction to the concepts of the Kabbalah. Very mystical. We are all parts of the Boundless, some advice on meditation, an explanation of the Tree of Life.
